退貨與退款說明

退貨說明：

我們僅提供退貨無換貨服務，凡於七天鑑賞期內（簽收隔⽇算起七⽇內）均可退貨，請確保您要退貨的商品完好無損，帶有原商品標籤，且原包裝完好，否則我們無法受理退貨，也無法進⾏退款。

訂單需⾃付運費退回，如您未取得同意即⾃⾏寄回退貨商品，或逾期寄回退貨商品，我們將無法受理您的退貨，若需再寄回給您退貨商品，請⾃⾏負擔寄回運費。

如果您沒有使⽤可追蹤物流服務運輸，運輸途中的任何丟失與損壞鍾滷食概不負責，我們建議您選擇可追蹤查詢的物流服務。

退款說明：

我們收到退貨商品，檢查無誤後7-14個⼯作日，完成退款作業。

退款金額為收據上的商品金額，不含運費及物流附加費用（如有），若為錯誤寄送或瑕疵商品的退貨申請，我們將退還運費及物流附加費用（如有）給您。

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
